I discovered yoga whilst living in Kolkata in 2008. Ever since I have had a regular practice incorporating a range of different styles, including (but not limited to): Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar, Jivamukti and Hatha. After travelling to Rishikesh, India, in 2012 to deepen my understanding of the philosophical underpinnings of yoga I decided to train as a teacher to enable me share the practice of yoga with others. 

I completed my Yoga Teacher training in 2014 with Yoga London where I obtained my RYA 200 certificate.

I currently teach yoga privately and group classes at Harvard University, where I take donations for the Harvard Square Homeless Shelter. My teaching style is grounded in Ashtanga but takes asana and sequences from other schools of yoga to mix things up a little.

My classes are primary focused on Asana. However, I recognise the importance of other elements of a full yoga practice, and so I always ensure that time is dedicated to a full, luxurious savasana and meditation.
